Whether you know Jesus or you’re curious, all are welcome!
This Fall, we’ll return to our usual spot on campus—Comm 115 at 5 PM. We can’t wait to see you there!

Resonate Villages are intended to give people the community that corporate worship settings cannot provide. Villages are groups of people scattered throughout our campuses and cities, seeking to grow in faith, community, and the mission of God. When villages gather, you can expect a good meal and good conversation.

Our purpose is Connecting the Gospel to people, people to community, and community to Mission. We believe reading the bible as well as doing life alongside one another is the perfect way in diving deep into the word and who Jesus is.

our purpose
Connecting the Gospel to people, people to community, and community to Mission.
Our Story
Resonate Bellingham was planted at Western Washington University in the summer of 2019. More than half our team of 24 moved from Pullman, Washington. Many of us had been introduced to Jesus for the first time in college through Resonate Church, and all of us extremely passionate about seeing God glorified on campus. There are about 16,142 students attending Western. Less than 12% of them attend a church or a Christian small group, meaning there are more than 15,000 students that desperately need to be connected to community and hear the hope that Jesus offers. Western Washington University is known for its liberal arts programs, effective teaching program, and beautiful location near the ocean in Bellingham, WA. Most students who attend enjoy a culture that encourages freedom of expression and outdoor experiences. Interestingly, the lack of a greek system or strong sports program is desirable for most Western students. Western is made up of 73% white students, and is sadly the least ethnically diverse university in Washington state.
We are praying that these students will anchor their identities in Jesus and have the boldness to live out their lives like Christ and influence their peers around them. We are excited to see how God will move in the city of Bellingham as well as Western Washington’s campus.
